We are pleased to announce our partnership with Freshworks. This collaboration combines Methods' and CoreAzure's digital transformation expertise with Freshworks' innovative service management platform.
The partnership has already yielded significant results, with the team being selected by a large UK university to deliver a comprehensive programme of activity to enhance the performance of the institution's Service Management operations. Drawing on extensive Managed Services experience, the team will drive maturity, improve end-user experience, and realise efficiencies to help address the budgetary pressures faced by the university and the education sector in general.
