Employee Spotlight Series 2 - Alex - User Researcher
Methods has as great research and design community and I’ve managed to develop my own research skills by working with and learning from everyone here. The team has a wide variety of experience, so it’s great to have all that knowledge shared between us as it’s allowed me to deliver better research findings which make a difference.
I’m currently working on a really interesting project that impacts teenagers as a primary user group, which has been a great challenge for me as it wasn’t a user group I’d worked with before. From this project, I’ve learnt how to adapt my research techniques to better identify and meet the needs of this user group, which has led to some insightful and engaging research sessions
