Employee Spotlight Series 3 - Liz- Lead Product Manager
In November 2022 I made the leap into consulting, joining Methods as a Senior Product Manager. After 12 years as a civil servant, this was a big change but it has proven to be the right one for me.
Over the past (nearly) 3 years I've worked with clients to; • Support senior leaders to understand the role of the product manager
• Coach product managers on product strategy
• Help embed product managers into their teams
• Deliver outcome focused products
• Influence ways of working to focus on users first
• Guide and share my knowledge of the GDS service manual and standards
Methods has provided me with support, development and trust to grow my skills, experience and confidence.
I'm surrounded by colleagues with the same end goal; to provide the best outcomes we can, whatever the constraints we might face. Methods product community and wider digital team is full of talented, supportive people and some of the best cheerleaders I've had the privilege to work alongside.
