Methods builds strong public sector momentum with major new contract wins
Methods has secured a series of significant public sector contract wins, reinforcing its growth momentum and strengthening its position as a trusted partner for delivering complex, business‑critical digital services across the UK.
The largest award sees Methods appointed by the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) to deliver its IT Service Management (ITSM) function, in a contract worth £8.7m running from April 2026 to October 2027. The win extends a long‑standing and expanding relationship, with Methods playing a central role in underpinning the agency’s operational digital services.
Alongside this, West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) has selected Methods as its Digital Strategic Partner, supporting a multi‑year digital transformation programme. The initial contract runs to March 2028, with options to extend the partnership through to 2030, positioning Methods as a long‑term transformation partner rather than a project‑based supplier.
These awards follow Methods’ appointment earlier this year as managed service provider for HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) Common Platform, one of the most critical platforms in the UK justice system.
Ash Smith, Sales Director at Methods, said:
“This run of wins reflects real momentum for Methods and growing confidence in our ability to deliver at scale, over the long term and in some of the most demanding public sector environments. From strengthening major national platforms to forming long‑term transformation partnerships, these contracts show our focus on outcomes, resilience and sustained value for our clients.”
Together, the wins underline Methods’ continued growth in UK public sector digital services and its ability to secure long‑term, high‑impact engagements across central and regional government.
