Methods colleagues are ICiPS awards finalists

We are thrilled to announce that Methods has been selected as a finalist in two categories for the prestigious Institute for Continuous Improvement in the Public Services (ICiPS) Awards. This recognition comes following the successful introduction of Methods Lean Six Sigma to our organisation.

Award Categories

1. Senior Leadership Collaboration: This award recognises Senior Management Teams who have united to embed continuous improvement, representing a fundamental shift in how the Senior Management Team works as a cohesive unit. Our Change and Innovation Senior Leadership Team has been nominated for their outstanding work in implementing Lean Six Sigma principles across the organisation, demonstrating a commitment to transformative leadership practices.
2. Commitment to Personal Development: This award acknowledges individuals who have exceeded professional expectations in developing their continuous improvement skills. We are proud to announce that Tom Neve, our Business Analyst, has been named a finalist in this category. Tom's exceptional dedication as a driving force in supporting our Lean Six Sigma initiative throughout the year has earned him this well-deserved recognition.

What's Next

The winners will be announced at the ICiPS annual conference in York on October 16th. Our people Jay, Tom, and Helen will be attending the event to represent Methods.
