A critical national defence organisation faced significant complexity in managing its global, multi-tiered supply chain. Solution

The project team developed a comprehensive Digital Twin strategy through an integrated approach. They constructed an advanced supply chain modelling environment utilising specialised tools to map complex supplier interactions.

The team designed a scalable data and information architecture, established a robust Master Data Management model, and created an interactive dashboard for strategic insights.

By integrating data from internal and external sources and developing a proof of concept in a secure environment,  we were able to transform the organisation's understanding of its supply chain dynamics.
