A major research organisation needed to replace its ageing Systems Applications and Products (SAP) systems while addressing challenges like rationalising reports, migrating extensive historical data, and introducing best practices to streamline operations.
Solution
In partnership with an ERP supplier, Methods led the full project lifecycle, including stakeholder engagement, data migration, design, testing, and training. The project implemented a new ERP system covering finance, Human Resources (HR), payroll, and contracts.
