Getting AI-ready: key takeaways from SITS 2025

Last week we had the pleasure of attending the Service Desk & IT Support Show (SITS), joining the ServiceNow stand as a partner sponsor.
SITS is Europe's leading trade show for IT Service Management and Support professionals. The event brings together IT directors, managers, analysts, consultants, project operators, and technical specialists from various sectors, offering valuable networking and industry insights.
Attendance is driven by a requirement to replace existing ITSM solutions or to seek guidance and inspiration for overcoming various organisational challenges, with conversations including:
- Exploring new technology and innovations that will drive operational excellence.
- Advice on complex transitions, like mergers or migrating from existing systems.
- Replacing incumbent partners or solutions, or supplementing internal capabilities.
- Shared challenges and potential collaborations.
We presented our approach to legacy toolset migration and demonstrated how organisations can get AI-ready with a 3D visualisation of CMDB health aligned to the CSDM and then remediating issues with Agentic AI, prompting valuable conversations leading to follow-up discussions and further engagement.
Overall, the event was a great success for all involved, providing a forum to showcase and evaluate new technologies, network with experts, gain practical insights, and served as a foundation for a roadmap to leverage innovative solutions that will enhance efficiency and organisational resilience.
