Eighteen months ago, I joined Methods as a User Researcher, and it’s been such a rewarding experience ever since.
One of the things I’ve valued the most is the opportunity to work with some truly great teams.
I started out with the fantastic User Research team, where collaboration and support are at the heart of everything we do. From training days and meet-ups to our biweekly communities of practice, there’s always a chance to learn new skills and share knowledge with one another. This culture of openness has made developing as a researcher both exciting and enjoyable.
Beyond my immediate team, I’ve had the chance to work alongside colleagues from across the company—Delivery Managers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and more. Every collaboration has been inspiring, with each team member bringing energy and encouragement to the projects we deliver together.
Another aspect that stands out about Methods is the way the company actively encourages growth from within. Seeing colleagues progress and being supported to grow into new roles makes it clear that there’s a pathway forward here, and it motivates me to think about where I can develop my own career in the future.
Overall, my time at Methods has been filled with collaboration, learning, and growth—and I’m excited to see what the journey ahead holds.
