Employee Spotlight – Solly: Collaboration and Growth as a Senior User Researcher

The best thing about the User Research team at Methods is the collaborative working and the peer to peer development. Team members, even if assigned to different projects, are always keen to help, offer a different perspective, or give a second opinion. We also have very well attended community of practice meetings where we all get to learn from each other in an informal way. I have so many more tools in my arsenal thanks to those!

Working at Methods has developed my skills as a user researcher both practically, through projects assignments, and indirectly, through community of practices within the user research team and in conjunction with other teams such as business analysis or content designers. Overall, I have become so much more flexible and agile with my research and I am able to work on so many different subject matters!
